Rich Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 eggs, beaten
    approximately 5 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk, add sugar, salt and margarine.
    Cool to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in warm water; add lukewarm mixture.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Stir in small amounts of flour until mixture is sticky and slightly stiff.
    Knead on floured board for several minutes.
    Let rise in warm area for 30 minutes.
    Divide into 2 balls.
    Set on kneading board with towel draped over for about 10 minutes to relax dough.
    Roll into desired thickness and cut into desired shapes. Place on lightly greased baking sheets and let rise another 30 minutes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes.
