Red Wine-Basil Vinaigarette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. slivered basil
Preparation
    Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar and pepper; whip well.
    Add oil in a slow stream, whisking constantly until slightly thickened.
    Fold in basil and parsley.
