Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. cherry jello (small)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 lb. cranberries, washed
    15 large marshmallows
    1 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Boil water,
    cranberries
    and
    sugar until berries pop. Stir to
    keep
    from sticking.
    Turn burner off.
    Add marshmallows and jello; stir until marshmallows melt.
    Let cool.
    Add apples, celery and pecans.
    Pour into mold and chill.
