Ingredients

3 to 4 c. sliced peeled potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cover bottom of a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with potatoes.
Combine soup and milk and pour over potatoes.
In a skillet brown ground beef with onion and drain.
Spread over soup mixture and pour pizza sauce over meat layer.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
