Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Beat oil and sugar; add eggs, one at a time.
Beat after each addition.
Sift ingredients and fold into first mixture; blend well.
Last, fold in carrots and nuts.
Pour into greased pan and bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
