Mashed Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. seasoned mashed potatoes
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. onion
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Shape into cakes and brown in Crisco on both sides.
