Golden Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Bake potatoes at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until well done.
    Cut potatoes lengthwise and scoop out.
    Combine with butter, salt and enough milk to whip into a fluff.
    Spoon the mixture into the potato shell.
    Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
    Heat at 450\u00b0 until slightly brown and cheese melts.
    May be prepared ahead and frozen until needed.
