Rice Sauté - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    garlic cloves to taste or garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt
    black pepper
Preparation
    Saut onions, mushrooms and garlic in oil about 1 1/2 minutes. Add rice, salt and pepper. Cook 1 1/2 minutes longer.
