Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Graham crackers
2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding-made by directions on box
8 oz Cool Whip
1 can chocolate frosting
Preparation

Make pudding as directed on box.
Add Cool Whip and mix together with mixer until well blended.
Layer crackers in pan. Pour pudding mixture over top. Continue layering until pudding is used up.
Melt chocolate frosting in pot of water on low heat. Spread evenly over top.
Refrigerate until crackers are soft-8 to 10 hours.
