Gingered Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, cored and cubed
    2 pears, cored and cubed
    1 (17 oz.) can peach slices with juice
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    Combine the apples, pears and peach slices with the juice and ginger in a microwave-safe 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir to blend in the ginger.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Top each serving with nutmeg and a tablespoon of vanilla yogurt.
