Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. cold water
    2 egg yolks
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 bananas, sliced
    miniature marshmallows
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 pkg. prepared topping mix
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin according to package directions.
    Add pineapple and bananas after gelatin cools a little.
    Let gelatin almost set; cover with miniature marshmallows.
    Cook egg yolks, pineapple juice, cornstarch and sugar in double boiler until thick; let cool.
    Whip the topping mix according to package directions; mix with cooked mixture.
    Pour over gelatin which is firm.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.
