Clam Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. butter
    8 Ritz crackers, ground
    2 eggs, beaten
    salt and pepper
    a little onion
    1 pt. chopped or 2 cans Snow's mixed clams, drained
Preparation
    Mix together and bake for 3/4 of an hour in a 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven.
