Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. meat
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. hickory smoked salt
Preparation

Cut meat into thin strips no longer than 1/8-inch wide. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Dry in oven at 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 for 4 to 7 hours or until dry with oven door slightly ajar.
Line oven bottom with tinfoil.
This also can be done in a dehydrator until dry.
