Pinto Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. onions
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cans tomatoes
2 cans pintos (Bush's)
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Brown hamburger and onions.
Drain hamburger.
Add salt, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder (can add more chili powder, if desired).
Add tomatoes; let simmer 15 minutes.
Add beans; let get hot again while mixing cornbread.
Follow directions on box. Pour beans into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish or pan.
Spoon cornbread over top.
Bake like cornbread.
