Chicken Little Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    4 c. soft breadcrumbs
    1/2 c. sesame seed
    1/4 c. margarine melted
    1/4 c. melted shortening
    Plum Sauce
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1/4-inch strips.
    Combine next 9 ingredients. Add chicken, mixing until well coated.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain chicken thoroughly.
    Combine bread crumbs and sesame seed, mixing well.
    Add chicken and toss to coat.
    Place chicken in 2 greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dishes.
    Combine margarine and shortening and brush on chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with Plum Sauce.
    Yields 12 to 14 appetizer servings.
