Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla or lemon extract
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl with electric mixer for 10 to 15 seconds.
    Add coconut.
    Pour mixture into buttered deep 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
