Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk, scalded
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into a 9 x 10-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Turn oven back to 325\u00b0 and continue baking until lightly brown, 20 minutes.
