Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 lb. potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
Preparation

Melt butter in baking dish.
Stir in flour until smooth. Slowly add broth until blended.
Stir in mayonnaise.
Stir in potatoes and onions to coat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
