Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. 3x sugar
Preparation

Cook margarine and sugar 2 minutes over low heat.
Add milk and bring to a boil.
Beat in sugar until smooth and creamy and consistency to spread.
If icing becomes too stiff, add a little milk.
