Texas Crab Grass - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 stick butter or margarine
1/2 medium white onion, chopped
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lump crab meat
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Squeeze water from spinach; set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add spinach and onion and saute until onion is translucent, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Add crab meat and Parmesan cheese, stirring well to blend. Transfer spinach mixture to a 1-quart casserole and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Can be served hot or cold with crackers.
Makes about 2 cups.
