Chicken Roma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken pieces
    1 envelope Shake 'n Bake Italian flavor for chicken
    1/4 lb. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package and place in ungreased shallow pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.
    Combine cheese, mayonnaise, bacon and pepper, blending well.
    Spread over baked chicken and broil 5 minutes.
