Hooper'S Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turnip greens or mixture of greens
    fatback or season of choice
    salt
    sugar
Preparation
    Choose healthy, dark green leaves.
    Discard any bad leaves or long stems.
    Wash greens several times in tap water.
    Add 1/4 cup of salt to first washing; let them soak for 10 minutes.
    Place greens into large saucepan with fatback grease or seasoning or choice.
    Boil until color turns and shrinkage occurs.
    Add a small amount of sugar (about 1/2 teaspoon) and salt to taste.
    Cook on low heat until tender.
