Baked Potato Topper(Heart Healthy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in a blender; occasionally scrape sides of blender with a rubber spatula until mixture is smooth and creamy. Chill.
    Serve over baked potatoes; garnish with green onion or parsley.
