Sweet And Sour Mostaccioli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box mostaccioli, cooked and cooled
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard (must use)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 bunch green onions and tops, all chopped
    1 unpeeled thinly sliced cucumber
Preparation
    Coat noodles with oil.\tCombine remaining ingredients.\tMix and combine with noodles.
    Stir every 10 to 15 minutes for first two hours. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
