5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    5 stalks celery
    5 carrots, cut up
    1 onion
    potato (if desired)
    1 can cut green beans
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 c. tapioca
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    little less than 1/4 tsp. rosemary
    little less than 1/4 tsp. thyme
    little less than 1/4 tsp. marjoram
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large pan.
    Cover tightly; let stand, then bake in 2 casseroles at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Freeze one of the casseroles.
