Easy Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked and cleaned medium shrimp
1 large chopped onion
3 stalks celery, sliced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
2 bay leaves (remove before serving)
red pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large green pepper, chopped
16 oz. can Italian style tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Italian or Creole seasoning
1 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

In large skillet, put olive oil and saute onion, green pepper and celery.
Add the remaining ingredients except the shrimp. Stir all ingredients until heated thoroughly.
Lastly, add shrimp and simmer until shrimp turn pink.
Serve over rice.
