Seafood Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. cooked seafood (shrimp, lobster, crab, white fish or any combination of these)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a 1-quart casserole stir soup until smooth.
    Gradually add milk.
    Mix in seafood and parsley.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
    Yields 3 to 4 servings.
