Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast, sugar, salt, eggs and shortening.
    Add flour and mix thoroughly.
    Let rise to double.
    Work down and pinch off to form rolls.
    Let rise and bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
