Janet Smith'S Green Chili Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 carton sour cream
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese with green chilies, grated
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick oleo, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Bake in loaf casserole at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
    Recipe may be doubled and baked in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
