Low-Fat Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. water
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 envelope dry Butter Buds mix
3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Mix together apple filling, water and granulated sugar.
In another bowl mix together dry ingredients.
Fold the two mixtures together and spoon into a 9-inch square baking dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes until set and golden brown on top.
Serves 9; 1/2 gram fat per serving and 210 calories.
