Robert'S Breakfast Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. 70% lean pork (ground 1 time)
    1 1/2 oz. salt
    1/4 oz. sage
    1/4 oz. black pepper or pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Add one cup water and mix well. You can make sausage patties or stuff in sheep casing.
    Cook like you would any other sausage or freeze in serving size portions.
