Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 bell pepper
    garlic (if you want)
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 heads cabbage, shredded
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown first 4 ingredients and drain.
    Add other ingredients and cook until cabbage is done.
