Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. water
8 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook until thick.
Remove from heat and add 1 box strawberry jello (small) and mix together.
Cool, then add 4 or 5 cups of strawberries.
Stir together.
Pour into cooked pie shells and top with whipped cream.
Let this set in refrigerator before cutting. If frozen strawberries are used, let thaw slightly and drain juice out before using.
