Crab Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. crabmeat, drained and flaked
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 (15 oz.) pkg. wonton skins
Preparation
    Mix crabmeat and cream cheese.
    Add garlic powder and salt. Brush wonton skins with egg.
    Drop 1 teaspoon filling off center on skin.
    Fold into triangle.
    Seal and crimp edges.
    Brush with egg.
    Fry in hot fat for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
