Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. smashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients; add pineapple, oil, eggs, vanilla and bananas.
Mix until blended by hand.
Pour into greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
