Honey Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. white flour
    5 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Heat milk and add sugar, salt, butter and honey; stir until butter melts, then cool.
    Dissolve yeast in water and stir into milk mixture.
    Add white flour and 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour. Beat until smooth; add remaining flour.
    Knead; let rise to double (approximately 1 1/4 hours).
    Punch down.
    Shape into loaves and brush with melted butter.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Makes two large loaves.
