Chewy Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
1 egg
3 c. quick oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheets with Crisco.
Combine Crisco, sugar, egg, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat on medium speed until well blended.
Add oats, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon to the creamed mixture.
Beat at low speed just until blended.
Stir in raisins and nuts.
