Oven "Fried" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boneless chicken breasts or 1 cut up fryer
    approximately 1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. (not box) Waverly Wafers
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into approximately 1-inch slices.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Melt margarine in small bowl.
    Spread crackers on waxed paper; crush crackers finely with rolling pin. Dip seasoned chicken in margarine then roll in cracker crumbs, coating well.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet close together. Pour any excess margarine over pieces.
    Sprinkle excess crumbs over pieces.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven approximately 40 to 45 minutes, until crumbs begin to brown.
