Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. uncooked rice (regular not instant)
1/2 c. milk or water
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix meat, rice, onions and seasonings.
Shape into balls and brown, turning frequently.
Add sauce and water.
Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Add water, if necessary.
