Sharon'S Microwave Pork Chops And Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 slices bacon
    2 beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. sliced green onions (with tops)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 pork chops
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Use 1-quart glass bowl to heat the water, covered, in microwave until boiling, about 4 minutes. Stir in rice. Set aside. Micro-cook bacon 1 1/2 minutes until crisp and crumbly; set aside. Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings.
    In a glass bowl, combine eggs and 2 tablespoons water and micro-cook 1 1/2 minutes. Cut into narrow strips.
    In reserved drippings, stir in rice, bacon, eggs, onions and 3 tablespoons soy sauce. Arrange chops atop rice mixture in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch non-metal baking dish.
    Micro-cook, covered, 5 minutes on High. Turn chops; micro-cook until done, about 6 minutes.
