Gentlemen'S Delight! - cooking recipe

Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. oleo or butter, melted
2 small pkg. instant pudding (I like vanilla)
1 1/4 c. milk
1 qt. softened ice cream (preferably vanilla)
Cool Whip

Preparation

Mix first two ingredients together and press in 9 x 13-inch pan (saving some to sprinkle on top).
Mix pudding and milk, then stir in the ice cream.
Spread over the crackers and top with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with saved crackers and it's ready to eat.
Keep in the refrigerator.
