Confetti Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large tomatoes, cored and halved
    1 large red bell pepper
    1 large green bell pepper
    2 to 3 small white onions, chopped fine
    1 c. lightly packed cilantro leaves
    2 jalapenos, minced or more to taste
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    7 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. salt
    few drops hot pepper sauce
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn kernels, thawed
    1 c. canned black beans, rinsed and drained
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Coarsely chop tomatoes and fresh peppers.
    Combine with remaining ingredients.
    Makes about 5 cups.
    Serve in clear glass bowl to best enjoy colorful appearance of salsa.
    Serve as appetizer with tortilla chips.
    Great with any Mexican food or as flavorful side dish to any meat.
