Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Vidalia onions, cored
    garlic salt
    margarine
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle garlic salt in onion hole.
    Place in broiler proof baking dish.
    Put about 1/2-inch water in dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 40 to 60 minutes.
    With about 10 to 15 minutes left, add margarine (about 1 teaspoon) to holes and fill with cheese. Return to oven to brown.
    Keep adding Parmesan cheese as it melts. Turn on broiler and place onions under it until they brown.
