Tomato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 oz.) diced green chilies
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    4 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, coarsely grated
    4 egg whites, beaten
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (6 oz. can, undiluted)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Combine cheeses and chilies in a bowl. Turn into well-greased, shallow glass bowl.
