Jello Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    3 large bananas, sliced
    miniature marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. pineapple juice (add water to make 1 c.)
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large bowl Cool Whip
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Prepare Jell-O according to directions on package. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch loaf pan and stir in pineapple.
    Cover with sliced bananas and miniature marshmallows.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Mix together flour, sugar, pineapple juice, eggs and butter. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool thoroughly.
    Add the Cool Whip.
    Spread over the Jell-O mixture and garnish with grated cheese. Very good.
