Chinese Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen San Francisco Blend vegetables
    1/2 bottle soy sauce
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. pkg. thin spaghetti or Chinese noodles or rice
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti, Chinese noodles or rice as directed.
    Brown ground beef in large skillet or saucepan.
    Add frozen vegetables and spices; stir-fry.
    Add 1/2 bottle of soy sauce and 3 cups water; let boil about 6 minutes.
