Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely diced or shredded carrot
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. milk
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    2 bouillon cubes
    10 oz. processed cheese
    salt
Preparation
    Cook vegetables in butter. Remove vegetables from pan.
    Make a medium white sauce by mixing flour with butter. Add 2 cups milk. Stir until thickens. Add 1 quart scalded milk, 2 bouillon cubes, vegetables and cubed cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Add salt to taste.
