Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. rice
    1 large can tomato juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato juice, and form into balls. Place into large casserole baking dish.
    Pour tomato juice over top.
    Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cover and bake an additional 35 minutes.
