Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plus 1/16 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/4 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. plus 1/2 tsp. powdered milk
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix
    flour, powdered milk and salt together.
    Work them well. Put
    yeast\tand
    sugar in warm water and let rise.\tMix oil
    and egg;
    beat\ttogether.
    After
    yeast
    and
    sugar have risen, add all other ingredients.
    Roll out and cut.
    Let rise 1
    hour or longer.
    They double when cooked.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
