Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 large apricot jello
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    In heavy saucepan, put pineapple. Bring to a boil. Add apricot jello and mix well.
    Let set until partially set firm. Stir in the buttermilk.
    Let set until partially set again. Fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
    Will keep several days, if kept covered.
